3 Day Diet

3 day diet is a diet plan that provide low calories and is meant mainly for those people who want to lose their weight quickly. If this diet is being followed properly then you can reduce almost 10 pounds in three weeks. 3 day diet plan includes foods that is normally found in your kitchen and you need not have to spend extra money for purchasing special and expensive recipe ingredients. After three days of diet you can come back to your normal diet but care should be taken to avoid over eating.

Otherwise you may regain the weight that you would have lost in three days. After four days of normal diet you can again follow 3 day diet plan.

3 day diet plan

Day 1

Breakfast

In the first day of 3 day diet, have your breakfast with black tea or coffee. You can also substitute the coffee with water. Take half cup of grape fruit or grape juice and one slice of toast with one tablespoon peanut butter.

Lunch

Take half cup of tuna with one slice of toast. Also take black tea or coffee or water.

Dinner

You can consume three ounce of lean meat with one cup of green beans, one cup of carrots, one medium sized apple and one cup of vanilla ice cream. You can also have a cup of black tea or coffee or water.

Day 2

Breakfast

Take one banana, one slice of toast, one egg cooked in any form along with black tea or coffee or water.

Lunch

Lunch can be with one cup of tuna or cottage cheese along with eight saltine crackers and black tea or coffee or water.

Dinner

Take two hot dogs or beef franks, half cup carrots, one banana, one cup cabbage or broccoli, half cup vanilla ice cream and black tea or coffee or water.

Day 3

Breakfast

Have one ounce cheddar cheese, one apple, five regular saltine crackers along with black coffee or tea or water.

Lunch

You are allowed to eat one egg and one slice of toast with black coffee or tea or water.

Dinner

Have your dinner with one cup tuna, one cup carrots, one cup cauliflower, one cup melon  and half cup regular vanilla ice cream

Along with this diet plan you need to take four cups of water  or any other non caloric drinks daily.
