Recipe Ingredients
Roasted peanut made into paste form-50 gram [it is better to remove skin of peanut before making paste]
Vegetable oil-1 large spoon
Mustard seed-1/2 small spoon
Curry leaves-a handful
Salt-tasteful

Recipe Preparation

Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves to it. Add peanut paste and necessary salt to this ingredient and stir well. Peanut chutney is ready for serving.

Coriander Chutney

Coriander chutney is lovely green chutney that is ideal to be served with rava dosa, dosa, masala dosa, idly, plain rice, Biriyani, Samosa and cutlet. You can use this chutney to make bread sandwich also. This is a tasty recipe that everyone should try at home.

Coriander leaves-50 gram
Lemon juice-needful
Green chili-5 numbers
Coconut-1/4 cup

Mix all these ingredients together in mixie and add some lemon juice to this ingredient to make coriander chutney.

Pumpkin Chutney

Pumpkin chutney is a lovely recipe that can be tried with pumpkin dosa and oats biscuit. This chutney is good for diabetic patients. Pumpkin chutney can be added to soups to give an interesting flavor.

Recipe Ingredients

Pumpkin-1 small piece
Coriander powder-1 large spoon
Cumin powder-1 small spoon
Red chili powder-1 small spoon
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Salt-tasteful
Vegetable oil-1 large spoon
Cumin seed-1/2 spoon
Tamarind-needful

Recipe Preparation

1. Heat oil in a pan and add sauté pumpkin, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, necessary salt and tamarind.

2. Then make a paste of this mixture using mixie. If you like, you need not make a full paste of pumpkin but can leave pumpkin lumps for pumpkin chutney.

3. Boil cumin seeds in oil till it splutters fully and pour over this pumpkin paste to make pumpkin chutney.
