Licensed Practical Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses care for patients with illness, injury, or disability in hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. To become an LPN or LVN, you must complete a state-approved training program and obtain a license from the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.
