The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse is a fantastic school. I have enjoyed every minute of my time here. The classes are rigorous and challenging, but well worth the time and effort put in, in the end. Life outside the classroom never contains a dull moment. There are always activities doing on, whether on campus or in the city. I would absolutely recommend attending UW-L to any prospective students.
Academics
Class sizes are always small, yet quite personable. Professors are always available when help is needed, very accessible. There is a wide range of programs and class electives to choose from, for those who like to venture out. The workload is challenging, yet so rewarding when it comes down to it.
College Life
There are always activities going on, as previously mentioned. Whether sponsored by a club, or dorm, or the city itself. There is never a dull moment in this city, or on campus. Students are fun, friendly, and very active. Students are very fitness-oriented and weekend activities revolve around this. Additionally, the campus rarely, if ever, has issues with the safety and well-being of students.
