About Framingham State University

Framingham State University is one of several state universities in Massachusetts designed to deliver exceptional higher education opportunities to the residents of the state. Located in the town of Framingham, just 20 miles west of Boston, students are welcome to explore the comprehensive liberal arts, science, and professional programs.



Bachelor's and master's degrees are offered at Framingham. Bachelor's degrees can be earned in almost every traditional discipline, while master's programs are offered in select fields. Master's degrees include Psychology, Business, Education, Nursing, and several more.



Continuing education programs are offered for community residents, with several certificates available including Computer Programming, Networking Systems, and English as a Second Language (ESL).
