About Fisk University
For an educational experience that honors the liberal arts tradition at highly ranked Southern institution, explore Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Students have a number of co-curricular development opportunities on campus, such as joining one of the school’s many sororities or fraternities, becoming a part of the Student Government Association, or spending some time in the Fisk memorial chapel.
Academics offered at the university include a variety of bachelor’s degrees from Art to Nursing to Spanish. Graduate programs are available in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, and pre-professional programs.

Admissions require students to submit an essay addressing one of a selection of topics, such as civic responsibility, how a Fisk alumnus has influenced your life, or the inspirational or insulting nature of rap lyrics.
