About Boricua College
With undergraduate and graduate academics designed particularly for Puerto Rican students, Boricua College is especially unique. Its curriculum combines a variety of learning methods, including:
- Cultural Studies
- Experiential Studies
- Theoretical Studies
- Colloquium
- Individualized Instruction Modules
This multi-faceted, comprehensive approach helps to ensure that all students get what they need. Additionally, because many of its students are employed, Boricua College offers a paid internship as part of the Experiential Studies segment, so students can earn money as they learn.
Boricua College participates in state and federal financial aid programs. The school also offers the Boricua College Scholarship, which is based primarily on academic merit. Scholarship preference is given to students who have received insufficient financial aid through the government.
Admissions requirements at Boricua College include two letters of recommendation, an application fee, official transcripts and a personal essay. The admissions office also requires four pictures of yourself, as well as official identification and proof of household income.

Overall RatingI wish i knew more about financial help with paying for tuition knowledge on scholarships etc. I have family who have attended Boricua college in the past and have obtained a degree with them and are now in very good paying jobs. did i mention most of them are teachers or counselors and I want to become a social worker so I came to Boricua for a degree in Human services. my favorite professor although i think each and everyone of them are awesome. I would have to say professor Roberto Maldonado he has his phd in psychology. such an intelligent man very strict but also very sympathetic and caring. He is one i will definitely miss when I move on to obtaining my Masters in Social Work. the college is in williamsburg the atmosphere is wonderful such a diverse set of individuals. very peaceful and friendly environment. I only wish the school would offer a Social Work program so I could continue my education with the college.
