Overall Rating

I chose Kennesaw State because it is near my home and was a convenient location after leaving the office for the day and driving up to campus for evening classes. However, it was not until I was actually enrolled did I find out the extent of the adult learner program - awesome. Everything an adult learner needs. I understand that the majority of Kennesaw State students are considered adult learners and live off campus but with that said, most are still a lot younger than I am - the Adult Learner Office took the sting out of that. Although I have only used the tutoring services, that service alone is fantastic. These young people doing the tutoring never once flinched at me stepping into the office door and needing some help. Very respectful and very helpful. Unfortunately, I do have one complaint and that involves the "fees." Not tuition but fees added to the top of tuition. It behooves me as to why each semester students have to pay what I consider to be an "overly priced" amount of fees for administration to run an athletic department. Great, KSU is getting a football team. Other students should not be charged fees in these excessive amounts to cover administration of a football team. I don't mind paying for health services and parking, and wifi and the like.
