About The King's University

Students who aspire to become a dynamic member of the Christian ministry can receive a preparatory education in a nondenominational Pentecostal and Charismatic Bible environment at the King’s University, formerly known as the King’s College and Seminary, in Van Nuys, California.

King’s offers academics on the undergraduate and graduate levels. Students pursuing a baccalaureate education have the option of majoring in Biblical Studies, Theology and Christian Ministry.

Advanced students can earn graduate-level certificates in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministry. Master’s degrees in Practical Theology and Divinity are also available, as well as a doctoral degree in Ministry.

To provide its students with practical ministerial experience, King’s allows students to participate in worship events or work with the community by volunteering for outreach projects.

Students can also register for the Leadership Advancement Program, offered through the School of Pastoral Nature, and learn how to develop personally and professionally to become effective ministers.

To further prepare students for professional careers, King’s offers a number of student career services like academic advising, counseling and job placement assistance.

King’s determines admissions based upon an applicant’s spiritual maturity, as well as a willingness to grow, succeed and help others. For more information on requirements, please contact the school.

Students who qualify for tuition assistance will be considered to receive King’s financial aid from federal Pell, SEO and AC grant programs, as well as direct student loans.
