How to Make Bread Balls & Bread Fry

Bread and eggs are two things that are easily available in most of the houses. Here are two easy and tasty preparation made with these two things.

Bread Fry
Ingredients:
•    2 eggs
•    4 slices of bread
•    1 tablespoon corn flour
•    5 tablespoon milk
•    1onion
•    5-6 cloves of garlic
•    1/4 inch ginger
•    2-3 sprigs of  coriander leaves
•    Salt
•    Black pepper powder
•    Cooking oil

Preparation:
Cut breads in triangle shapes and keep them aside. In a grinder grind onion, garlic, ginger, coriander into fine paste. Now in a blender blend eggs, corn flour, milk and salt. When the blending is complete, mix in the paste that you made earlier. Now mix them well.

Pour them into a bowl. Heat oil in a pan. Soak bread slices in the egg batter and deep fry them till they turn golden brown. After removing right from the oil keep them on tissue paper so that it will blot the excess oil. Now serve hot with salads and sauce.

Bread Ball
Ingredients:
•    5 slices bread or quarter pound bread
•    3 eggs
•    1 large potato
•    Green chili
•    1 teaspoon onion paste
•    1 teaspoon garlic paste
•    1 teaspoon ginger paste
•    Cooking oil
•    3-4 tablespoon butter oil
•    Salt
•    Milk
•    Coriander leaves

Preparation:
Boil the potato with jacket. Then remove the jacket and mash it. Boil eggs, shell them and also mash them. Now chop green chili and eliminate the seeds from it. Finely chop the coriander. Cut off the sides of the bread and soak the soft middle portion in milk. Now remove bread slices from milk and smash them. Mix potato, egg, breads, salt, chopped coriander and chillies together.

Now heat butter oil in a pan and fry onion, garlic and ginger paste. Pour the egg-bread-potato mixture in it and mix well. Now make small balls with it. In a deep frying pan heat enough oil so that you can deep fry the balls. Now fry the balls till golden brown. Serve hot with sauce and fresh salads.

Fresh salad:
Peel and make thin slices of cucumber, tomato and onion. Arrange them on a dish. Sprinkle some salt over them and squeeze one lemon.
