How To Make Easy Cranberry Chicken

Chicken 1 kg
Rosemary (Dried) 1/2 teaspoon
Cranberry Sauce (Jellied) 250 gm
Corn Syrup 1/4 cup
Lemon 2
Melted Butter 2 tablespoon
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Coriander leaves (to garnish the dish)


In order to make the preparation easier, you can prefer chicken breasts for the dish (you can have other parts of chicken as well, but you need to remove the bones before cooking the meet). As the first stage of your preparation, you need to cut the chicken into medium sized pieces and wash them with clean water. After that, keep them in a bowl removing the water.

Now, you can take the rosemary and crush it properly. By this time, the chicken you washed must have been dried. You can sprinkle a pinch of pepper over those pieces along with required salt. Mix them well using your hand and make sure that salt and pepper got blended with the chicken finely.

In this stage, you have to make a fine sauce mixture using some of the ingredients. Take a washed bowl and add the cranberry sauce to it. Then, add butter and corn syrup to it blending them well. After that, cut the two lemons and make juice out of them by squeezing them into another bowl. You need to add this lemon juice to the sauce mixture and blend finely. At last, you can put the crushed rosemary to the mixture and mix it properly. Once a proper mixture is prepared, you can reserve it and move on to the next stage.

Now, you need to grill the chicken appropriately. Set up the grill at a medium heat and arrange the chicken pieces on it. Don’t for get to grease the grill before you place the chicken over it. Heat the meat at least for 45 minutes and make sure that all sides of the pieces got cooked well (you need to turn over the pieces in between to get it done).

After that, you can remove the chicken pieces from the grill and arrange in a serving plate. Then, take the sauce mixture you prepared earlier and pour over the grilled chicken pieces properly (you can either pour the sauce fully or reserve little bit to consume it as gravy). After that, in order to decorate the dish, you can chop the coriander leaves thinly and sprinkle over it. Your cranberry chicken is now ready to be served. You can serve it hot along with steamed Rice or Chapati.
