How to Make Homemade Facial Toner - Homemade Facial Toner RecipesEvery woman aims for smooth, flawless skin. But most of them find very little time to take that extra effort to leave the skin clean, fresh and flawless. Every woman who cares for her skin must use toners in order to protect it from dust, dirt and grime. This is especially true after you have done exfoliation or a facial at home or in a parlour.

Toning after exfoliation or a skin cleansing routine will help in the removal of dirt and dust that may still be trapped inside the pores. Toning is also essential for closing the pores in the skin after exfoliation or a skin peeling or cleansing session. The skin will have a tighter and smoother appearance after toning. Toning is especially good for oily and aging skin. While aging skin becomes tighter while using a toner, oily and greasy skin is benefited in that toners remove the excess oil without disturbing the natural oil balance of the skin.

Innumerable toning products are available for selection if you have the pennies to spend. But these toners need not be easy on your skin. The chemicals, vinegar and alcohol base used in the toners can do more harm than good to your skin. There are many herbal toners that can be easily prepared at the comfort of your home. They not only save your hard earned money, but are also safe on your skin, preventing all sort of allergic reactions.
