Ingredients:

100 gm chickpeas, 2 medium onions (chopped), chopped coriander leaves, chopped parsley leaves, garlic, roasted and crushed peanuts, lemon juice, refined flour, cumin powder, baking soda, salt, bread crumbs, lettuce, 2 medium tomatoes, 1 medium cucumber, cheese slices, burger bread.

Ingredients for curd sauce-

100 gm hung curd, fresh cream, coriander leaves, lemon juice, garlic chopped, chopped ginger and salt.

How to make this veg burger?

First of all take chickpeas, coriander, parsley, onion, garlic and peanuts. Make a coarse mixture in grinder, add some lime juice if required and add some salt too. Now add refined flour, cumin powder, baking soda, slat and bread crumbs and make small patties with this mixture.

Now fry these patties in oil and take on a bloating paper. Now cut tomatoes in round shape, then cut cucumber similarly. Now cut the burger bread into two parts and bake applying some butter on it.

Then take one burger bread put one patty on it, then keep cucumber and tomatoes on its surface. You can also add lettuce and cheese slice to it if you require, then close it with another piece of burger bread. You veg burger recipe is ready.

How to make curd sauce?

For making curd sauce, take curd, fresh cream, coriander leaves, lemon juice, garlic chopped, chopped ginger and salt. Mix it well.
