Drink a lot of water- Due to the extreme heat, your body dehydrates very fast. This can lend the skin dry and stretched. One simple way to minimize the damage is to drink enough water. It cleans your body of toxins and also helps purify blood in the long run.

Wash your face regularly- In summers, make it a point to wash your face at least thrice a day, this is not including the first wash in the morning, and the last scrub you take before going to sleep. Keep a small napkin handy in your purse. It is also a good idea to keep a small tube of face wash. Splash your face with water and gently wipe dry whenever you get the opportunity.

Keep wet wipes- Many refreshing wipes are available in super stores that are infused with a cleansing agent and are perfumed. Keep these handy as these are ideal for the times you are traveling long distance or are out in the sun for long duration at a stretch.
