Papaya with Prawn

Ingredients:
•    1 green papaya
•    50 grams medium sized prawns
•    1 large potato
•    1 large onion
•    5 cloves of garlic
•    ½ inch ginger

•    1 tomato
•    Mozzarella cheese
•    Oregano
•    Cooking oil
•    Salt
•    Sugar

Preparation:
Peel the papaya and grate it. Soak it in completely immersed in cold water and keep papaya in a strainer to drain the water. Shell and de-poison prawns, wash them properly and then keep them on strainer to drain out excess water. After that rub salt on prawns. Peel potato and cut into small cubes. Chop tomato finely. Make a paste of onion, garlic and clove.

Process:
Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato well so that it becomes almost tender. Now fry prawns and also keep them aside. Add tomato and all the spices in oil. Cook them well until the raw smell of spice goes away. Now add grated papaya and stir continuously to cook them.

Add salt and sugar to taste and cook. Add fried potato and fried prawn in the preparation and cook them till all things get tender. Sprinkle a table spoon of oregano and mix well. Before removing it from heat sprinkle 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.

Papaya with Nuts

It is also a tasty preparation and very nutritious. It is very easy to make and very light preparation. Along with papaya nuts are a good source of minerals. Papaya benefits the digestive system.

Ingredients:
•    1 papaya
•    250 grams almond and cashew nuts
•    Olive oil
•    Butter
•    Parsley
•    Black pepper seed
•    1 lemon
•    Salt
•    Sugar

Preparation
Peel the papaya and cut it into very small cubes. Coarsely ground the nuts. Ground black pepper. Freshly ground black pepper has very strong smell. Chop few sprig of parsley. Squeeze lemon and eliminate seeds.

Process
Heat oil in a pan and fry crushed nuts till golden brown. Add cubed papaya and stir well to mix everything. Add salt to taste and pinch of sugar and keep the lid on to make them tender.

Then add a table spoon of butter, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and ½ teaspoon lemon juice. Mix every thing well. Remove it from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve it hot with fresh bread.
