Ubisoft Is Completely Rethinking How They Update AC: Valhalla

Ubisoft Is Completely Rethinking How They Update AC: Valhalla

Ubisoft has conceded that the last batch of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla updates may have not lived up to the expectations of its player base, and as such plans on rolling out less frequent patches to improve their quality.

Speaking in a statement on its official website, Ubisoft revealed that future updates for the Viking-era stealth game will now take longer to arrive. Previously, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla updates were rolled out every four-five weeks or so.

Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and we always strive to provide you with great experiences. That said, we recognize that some of our recent title updates may not have met your expectations or been up to our standards. We have made several changes to production pipelines and tools so that we can deliver more robust updates.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update 1.2.1. is due for release on April 27, which arrives a few weeks ahead of the delayed Wrath of the Druids expansion on May 13. Beyond that, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla update 1.2.2. will arrive alongside a free game mode in ‘’late spring.’
