But did you ever think of trying the same in your home itself? Well then, here is the sumptuous recipe of the same, to excite your family members with the mouth-watering pani puri dish-just read them out to try in your kitchen!

For preparing Pani
Ingredients:
100 gms imli,1 ½ tsp jeera powder, 1 ½ tsp rock salt, 1 ½ tsp table salt, 5 tsp hopped coriander, 4 tsp mint leaves, 6-8 green chilies, 2-inch piece of grated ginger, 1 tsp red chili powder, 2 litres of water, 2 trays of ice
Method:
Boil the imli, de-seeds it, and blend to make puree. Grind the other ingredients together into a paste and mix with water; add ice to chill pani and store in the fridge.
For preparing Sweet and sour chutney
Ingredients:
12 seedless and chopped dates, 2 tsp imli pure, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili powder, 100 gm jaggary
Method:
Grind all the ingredients together with half a cup of water to make a thick paste.
For preparing Green chutney
Ingredients:
5 tsp chopped coriander, 3 tsp chopped mint leaves, ¼ inch piece of grated ginger, ½ tsp salt, 2 green chilies
Method:
Grind all the ingredients with ½ cup of water to make a thick paste
For preparing Filling
Ingredients:
6 potatoes, 100 gm salted boondi
Method:
Boil the potatoes and chop into small pieces. Soak boondi in water for about five minutes and strain. Mix both together and fill into puris.
